This service is provided by Pater Noster (brand: Luminacle). It is designed to keep your website stable and up to date, including hosting/domain maintenance, essential settings upkeep, and ongoing operational support on a monthly basis. Requests can be submitted via KakaoTalk or the official Luminacle inquiry channel, and will be handled in order.
Hosting and server operations, basic security maintenance

Popup upload/removal (unlimited)
Notices and post publishing (unlimited)
Simple text replacements (unlimited)
Image replacements (unlimited)
Existing product information edits (unlimited)
New product uploads up to 3 items per month
New page creation or major layout changes
Design revamps or branding work
Code edits, custom feature development, external API integrations
Bulk product uploads, new detail page design production
Platform migration or large-scale infrastructure changes
KRW 70,000 per month (tax policy follows contract)
Minimum 12-month commitment
Recurring billing is processed automatically every month.
Early termination may require settlement for the remaining term per contract.
If payment is overdue for 2 months or more, the service may be suspended after prior notice.
Standard turnaround: 1-3 business days (handled in order)
Urgent incident handling may be prioritized depending on the situation.
Timelines may vary depending on scope and complexity.
Due to the nature of the service, fees for a month already delivered are generally non-refundable.
If an accidental payment is confirmed, we will review and handle it accordingly.
All refund/termination terms follow the contract and service policy.
